Holden Manor is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility with a 22 bed Alzheimer’s secured unit, licensed by the State of MO.
Holden Manor provides memory, long-term, and short-term care. We are dedicated to optimizing the health and quality of life for each resident through individualized care planning and treatment in a safe and therapeutic environment.
We also offer 16 independent senior living apartments, to promote seniors independence in the community as long as possible.
Holden Manor is designed so that residents may live comfortably as part of the community. Long term care assists those that may benefit from 24 hour nursing and assistance with daily activities of daily living.
Our clinical team is committed to working with residents. We will evaluate each resident’s unique circumstance to develop and meet individualized goals of improving independence, strength, confidence, and rehabilitation needs.

At Meadow View of Harrisonville Health and Rehab, we believe that activities can help seniors stay healthy both physically and mentally. Our daily activities include bingo, arts and crafts, church services and more. We also participate in community events.
